A general liability claim is typically filed if someone alleges bodily injury or property damage caused by you. Our staff is glad to assist you in this process.
To begin, whenever an accident or incident occurs that involves bodily injury to any person it is critical to make sure that any injured persons receive medical treatment promptly. Secondly, please contact your inter/national headquarters to discuss your situation. Your inter/national headquarters staff will then notify our office to begin the claims process.
